Shipping Information — All signs are shipped via the U.S. Mail. Shipping and handling charges: First sign, $6.00; each additional sign, $2.00 more.
Tax — Illinois residents pay 6.75% tax.
Delivery Time — Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of custom signs. If you need them sooner, please let us know.
Payment Methods — Personal checks and money orders are welcome. Make checks payable to: Creative Engineering. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards.
Return Policy — These signs are custom engraved so they cannot be returned and restocked. If Creative Engineering made a mistake, we will make you a new sign. If you made a mistake, call us and we will discuss possible solutions.
